PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, money orders-For your privacy, Credit card orders by /mail or internet only. Due to the large volume of credit card fraud, your billing address is required and will be checked thoroughly, with the issuing bank. Please include the Tele Phone number of the bank that's listed on the back of your credit card. We can only ship to the billing address of the card holder. If you would like your order to go elsewhere, please contact your credit card company and list an alternate shipping address with them. This can be accomplished by calling the 800 number on the back of your card.; Checks are welcome and will not delay your order. Your name must be bank imprinted on the check, with correct address and Tele Phone number. Please make checks payable to: Waener Hughes Corporation.; C.O.D. orders are accepted by Phone/ only. There is a $9.50 C.O.D. fee in addition to the shipping fee listed on the order form. All payments for COD orders must be made by money order only. UPS & Fedex will not accept cash.
SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped Fedex or UPS.. Please do not use P.O. Box addresses, they will be returned. (route/box addresses in rural areas are acceptable).; Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped by air delivery. Add $15.00 shipping fee in addition to the standard shipping/handling fee.; Second day air and next day air delivery are available at additional costs. Rates are printed on our order form. Please add to our standard shipping/handling fee.
FOREIGN ORDERS: All foreign orders (except Canada) must call/ for shipping quote. Minimum foreign order is $100.00 of merchandise. Foreign orders are generally shipped U.S. Airmail or Federal Express, at our option. You are wholly responsible for any custom duties, import restrictions, etc. All payments must be made by bank money order in U.S. funds. For wire/funds transfer, please contact our office by for our banking information. No L/C will be accepted.; Canadian orders are generally shipped by FEDERAL EXPRESS or UPS and you must add a shipping fee of $20.00 in addition to the standard shipping/handling fee.
RETURN POLICY: All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If defective, we will replace unit with a new exact item or repair at our option. Any return for repair must be authorized by Warner Hughes Corp. and under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from Warner Hughes Corporation. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, signature required, with RMA clearly posted on outside of box, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we will NOT refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt for any reason, unless defective, upon which will be exchanged for like item or repaired at our option. No discontinued item may be returned. In the extremely unlikely event we accept a return it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
WARRANTY: We guarantee all Warner Hughes Corporation products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS: It is the responsibility of the Buyer (not Warner Hughes Corporation to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to possession and use of any item in this catalog. Consult your attorney regarding local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner.
